Youth Council
The WDB Youth Council helps youth achieve academic and employment success by improving educational and skill competencies with effective connections to employers. Mentoring, training and support services help youth develop leadership, decision-making skills, citizenship and community service. It prepares youth for the competitive labor market. The Council’s emphasis is on youth development programs including academics and work experience. The Council also identifies and promotes information on education and training opportunities for youth in the area.
